MOSCOW, Dec 24 (Reuters) - Russian state nanotechnology corporation Rusnano picked Gazprombank and Troika Dialog as bookrunners to sell up to 53 billion roubles ($1.76 billion) worth of bonds the company plans to issue in 2010.
