ALBANY — Jurors in the federal corruption trial of former Senate Majority Leader Joseph L. Bruno deliberated for a second full day on Monday without reaching a verdict and asked to hear the entire testimony from a former Senate staffer about state grants that went to a Troy-based company with ties to one of Bruno’s business clients.
